15 MINUTE HEALTHY ROASTED CHICKEN AND VEGGIES

                                                                     
Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
¾ cup yellow onion, chopped
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 ½ cup multi-colored bell peppers, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Paprika
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 400*
Spray a rimmed baking sheet with a non-stick spray
SECOND STEP:
Place the cut-up chicken on the baking sheet
Place all the cut vegetables onto the baking sheet with the chicken
THIRD STEP:
Sprinkle the seasonings on top of the cut-up vegetables and chicken
Toss the chicken and vegetables to mix all the ingredients and seasonings
FOURTH STEP:
Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
FIFTH STEP:
Check to be sure the chicken is done, if not, roast another 5 to 10 minutes
Test the vegetables also for doneness
