1 can of whole tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp better than bullion beef
1 tbsp better than bullion chicken
1tbsp fresh basil, thyme, rosemary
1/2 cup of mushroom ( I use oyster)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup of heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 sweet onion
2 tsp garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound ground beef
2 tsp oregano
2tsp Italian seasonings
1/2 cup mozzarella
Lasagne cooked in bullion and salt
In a medium saucepan heat to boil both cans of whole tomato, diced tomato and fresh herbs. Add bullion, Worcestershire. Oregano., Italian seasoning.boil then simmer for 1 hour.
In a medium fry pan add chopped onion until translucent. Add garlic. Then add ground beef and brown. When the sauce is done add mixture to sauce pot.
Boil lasagna in bullion and salt. Use tongs to get out lasagna 1 minute before al dente. Slice the curly sides and save the leftover pasta in strips for another meal.
Before adding pasta add cream then Parmesan. Add noodles and dinner to al dente. Serve topped with mozzarella
