Taco Bell quesadillas

My daughter loved the Taco Bell quesadillas so I made these for her.
Takes 10 mins to make great lunch for kids!

Make Taco Bell chicken quesadillas at home!
Made this tonight it was a huge hit in the house 🙂
Ingredients: Chicken fajita strips (I cut them in half), bag of ”fiesta blend” cheese, flour tortillas.
To make the Taco Bell quesadilla sauce:
I followed a recipe online. I had all of the ingredients already at home.
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
3 Tablespoons pickled jalapeno juice (from a jar of pickled jalapenos)
3 Tablespoons pickled jalapenos (diced)
2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
½ teaspoon chili powder
Mix together in a bowl.
I cooked the chicken for a couple of minutes on medium/ high heat. Then put it to the side on a separate plate. I put the whole quesadilla down in the skillet and filled half of the quesadilla with the cheese, some chicken, and I put some of the sauce in a ziplock bag and cut the corner to drizzle it on.
Fold the quesadilla in half and cook each side until it’s done how you like!
Super easy and delicious.
