Easy Meatball Subs Recipe


  • 1 bag of 64 meatballs (Great Value brand recommended)
  • 1 package of brioche buns
  • 1 jar of marinara sauce (88 cents)
  • 1 pack of mozzarella cheese slices
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Italian seasoning for extra flavor


  1. Prepare Meatballs:
    • Place a desired number of meatballs on a microwave-safe plate.
    • Microwave the meatballs according to the package instructions (typically under 3 minutes).
  2. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 385°F.
  3. Prepare Buns:
    • Slice the brioche buns in half horizontally.
  4. Assemble Subs:
    • Spoon a generous amount of warm marinara sauce onto the bottom half of each bun.
    • Place the microwaved meatballs on top of the sauce.
  5. Add Cheese:
    • Layer mozzarella cheese slices on top of the meatballs.
