Pretzel bites seasoned with everything bagel seasoning ,made from canned biscuits!
SO GOOD
Cut the biscuits in 4’s and roll into balls, boil them until they float with 1/4 cup of baking soda
Use 1 egg and tbs of water and mix in your everything bagel seasoning, brush on the boiled dough balls and pop in the oven until golden brown!

Everything Bagel Pretzel Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces.
  3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the baking soda to the boiling water.
  4. Carefully drop the biscuit pieces into the boiling water with baking soda. Boil for about 1-2 minutes or until the dough pieces float to the surface. Using a slotted spoon, remove them from the water and place them on a paper towel to drain excess water.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the egg and mix in 1 tablespoon of water to create an egg wash.
  6. In another bowl, combine the everything bagel seasoning.
  7. Dip each boiled dough ball into the egg wash, ensuring it’s coated evenly.
  8. Roll the coated dough ball in the everything bagel seasoning until it’s well-covered. Place the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the pretzel bites turn golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
