They are sheet pan eggs. This was 18 eggs, like 1/2 c milk, salt and pepper. In a 12×17 sheet pan In the over at 350 for about 12 to 15 min.
Then I just cut them into 10 pieces.

Here are some tips to make your Savory Breakfast Burritos even more delicious:

  1. Prep Ahead for Convenience:
    • Cook the sheet pan eggs, sausage patties, and hashbrown patties ahead of time, especially if you have a busy morning routine. This way, assembling the burritos becomes a quick and easy task.
  2. Customize Your Fillings:
    • Feel free to customize the burritos with additional ingredients like sautéed vegetables, diced bell peppers, onions, or even black beans for extra flavor and nutrition.
  3. Cheese Varieties:
    • Experiment with different cheese varieties such as pepper jack, Monterey Jack, or a Mexican blend to add a unique twist to the flavor profile.
  4. Sauce and Condiments:
    • Serve the burritos with your favorite hot sauce, salsa, or guacamole on the side. This adds a zesty kick and complements the savory flavors.
  5. Proper Tortilla Wrapping:
    • When assembling the burritos, make sure to fold the sides of the tortilla inwards before rolling to prevent any filling from falling out. This technique helps create a tight and well-sealed burrito.
  6. Warm Tortillas:
    • Warm the tortillas slightly before assembling the burritos. This makes them more pliable and prevents them from cracking when rolled.
  7. Balance Flavors:
    • Ensure a balance of flavors by adjusting the seasoning in the eggs. Taste the egg mixture before baking to make sure it has the right amount of salt and pepper.
  8. Bake Eggs Carefully:
    • Keep an eye on the sheet pan eggs while baking to avoid overcooking. The eggs should be just set, not dry, to maintain a creamy texture.
  9. Portion Control:
    • When cutting the sheet pan eggs into pieces, try to make them evenly sized to ensure each burrito gets a good distribution of egg.
  10. Freeze for Later:
    • If you’re making a large batch, individually wrap the burritos in plastic wrap and then aluminum foil. Freeze them for a quick and convenient breakfast option. Reheat in the oven or microwave as needed.
  11. Fresh Herbs:
    • Add freshness to your burritos by garnishing with chopped cilantro, green onions, or fresh parsley before rolling them up.

Remember, these tips are just a starting point. Feel free to get creative and tailor the recipe to your preferences. Breakfast burritos are versatile and can be adapted to suit various tastes
