Ham and Mashed Potato Roll-Ups with Green Beans and Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients:

  • Instant loaded mashed potatoes
  • Shredded cheese (your choice of variety)
  • Gravy (store-bought or homemade)

For the Green Beans:

  • Fresh green beans, trimmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Cornbread Muffins:

  • Cornbread mix (store-bought or homemade)
  • Ingredients required for cornbread mix (usually eggs, milk, and oil)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes: Follow the instructions on the package to prepare the instant loaded mashed potatoes. Let them cool slightly.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Assemble the Roll-Ups:
    • Lay out a slice of deli ham on a clean surface.
    • Spoon a portion of mashed potatoes onto the ham slice.
    • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mashed potatoes.
    • Drizzle a little gravy over the cheese.
    • Carefully roll up the ham slice with the mashed potatoes inside. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake the Roll-Ups:
    • Place the assembled roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the ham is slightly crispy and the cheese is melted.
  5. Prepare the Green Beans:
