Dorito Casserole

 

Dorito Casserole is a popular American comfort food dish made with layers of crushed Doritos (corn chips), seasoned ground meat (usually beef or chicken), beans, cheese, and various toppings. It’s baked until hot and bubbly, resulting in a flavorful and satisfying dish.

 

2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 (10 ounces) can Rotel Tomatoes, chopped…
1 (13 -16 ounce) bag of plain Doritos
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1 lb ground beef
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring to a boil the soup, water, and tomatoes.
Cook onion with ground beef.
Place layer of slightly crushed Doritos in the bottom of a casserole.
Add a layer of ground beef, a layer of soup mixture and a layer of Doritos.
Continue until all ingredients are used.
Top with cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
You can also add canned beans and cooked rice to this casserole!
