Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Rice Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Knorr Pasta Sides – Creamy Chicken flavor
- 1 bag Knorr Rice Sides – Cheesy Broccoli flavor
- 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
- Garlic salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
- Optional: shredded cheese for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the contents of one bag of Knorr Pasta Sides – Creamy Chicken and one bag of Knorr Rice Sides – Cheesy Broccoli.
- Add the can of chicken broth and cream of chicken soup to the bowl, stirring until everything is well combined.
- Season the mixture with garlic salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
- Pour the creamy pasta and rice mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Place the chicken breasts or tenders on top of the creamy mixture in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle additional seasoning over the chicken if desired.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the creamy mixture is bubbly.
- If you like, you can remove the foil during the last few minutes of baking and sprinkle some shredded cheese on top for an extra cheesy finish.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
