Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza


For the crust:

  • 1 can of chicken, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

For the toppings:

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Crust:
    • In a bowl, combine the drained canned chicken, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and dried basil.
    • Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Shape the Crust:
    • Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
    • Transfer the chicken mixture onto the parchment paper and flatten it out into a circle, forming the pizza crust. Ensure it’s evenly spread to your desired thickness.
  4. Bake the Crust:
    • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until it turns golden brown and slightly crispy.
  5. Add Toppings:
    • Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven.
    • Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the crust as the sauce.
    • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the ranch dressing.
    • Add the cooked and crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion as your toppings.
  6. Return to the Oven:
    • Place the pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish and Serve:
    • Once out of the oven, sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the pizza for added freshness and flavor.
    • Slice the pizza and serve immediately.
