Can of croissant
Cream cheese
Everything bagel seasoning 😍
Edit: Oven temp 375 for 12-14 minutes! Just unroll them, add a scoop of cream cheese at the wider half, then roll them like you would a croissant, seal the sides and I just rolled them into a ball. Brush with egg whites then sprinkle the seasoning!
I bought mine at walmart

Cream Cheese Stuffed Everything Bagel Croissants

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of croissant dough (available at Walmart)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 egg white (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Croissant Dough: Unroll the croissant dough from the can, separating the triangles.
  3. Add Cream Cheese: Spoon a generous scoop of softened cream cheese onto the wider half of each croissant triangle.
  4. Roll and Seal: Roll the croissants from the wider end towards the tip. Seal the edges to prevent the cream cheese from oozing out during baking.
  5. Shape into Balls: After rolling, shape each croissant into a ball, ensuring the cream cheese is nicely tucked inside.
  6. Egg Wash: In a small bowl, whisk the egg white. Brush the top of each croissant ball with the egg wash, giving them a shiny finish when baked.
  7. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning: Generously sprinkle each croissant ball with everything bagel seasoning. This will give them that classic everything bagel flavor.
  8. Bake: Place the prepared croissant balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown and puffed up.
  9. Serve: Allow the Cream Cheese Stuffed Everything Bagel Croissants to cool slightly before serving. They are delicious on their own or can be served with a side of additional cream cheese for dipping.

Enjoy these delightful and flavorful croissants that combine the buttery goodness of croissants with the creamy richness of cream cheese and the savory punch of everything bagel seasoning!
