Ingredients:
- 1 bag of tater tots
- 1 block (16 oz) of Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb (450g) of ground beef
- 1 can (10 oz) of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned and fully cooked. Drain off any excess fat.
