Bacon-Crusted Delight Breakfast Supper Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Thick-cut bacon slices
  • All-purpose flour
  • Eggs
  • Shredded cheese (your choice)
  • Biscuits (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bacon:
    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Place a sheet of tin foil on a baking sheet for easy cleanup.
    • In a Ziploc bag, add enough flour to coat the bacon slices. Place the bacon in the bag, seal it, and shake vigorously until the bacon is well-coated.
  2. Bake the Bacon:
    • Shake off excess flour from each bacon slice and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
    • Flip the bacon slices and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes or until it reaches your desired level of crispiness.
  3. Prepare Cheesy Scrambled Eggs:
    • While the bacon is baking, crack eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and whisk.
    • In a non-stick skillet, melt a bit of butter or use cooking spray over medium heat.
    • Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and stir continuously.
    • Once the eggs are almost set, add shredded cheese and continue stirring until the cheese is melted and eggs are fully cooked.
  4. Bake the Biscuits:
    • If using store-bought biscuits, follow the package instructions for baking. If making homemade biscuits, bake them according to your recipe.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Plate the bacon with its delicious crust, cheesy scrambled eggs, and warm biscuits.
