Prepare the cabbage: Shred 1/2 head of cabbage and toss it with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Set aside.
Arrange the pierogies: Lay out the frozen pierogies in two rows in the middle of a large sheet pan.
Drizzle the pierogies with 1-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, then season them with salt and pepper according to your taste.
Add the kielbasa: Slice up a pound of kielbasa and add it to the sheet pan alongside the pierogies.
Spread out the cabbage: Pile the seasoned cabbage onto the remaining space of the sheet pan.
Bake: Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Flip and stir: After the initial 15 minutes, flip the pierogies and stir the cabbage to ensure even cooking.
Bake again: Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until the pierogies are golden brown, the kielbasa is cooked through, and the cabbage is tender.
