Growing up my mom used to make us and egg sandwich on toast with mayonnaise it was so good 🤤 Made one tonight for dinner and it was delicious, brought back many memories!!

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Butter (optional, for toasting bread)
  • Optional add-ins: lettuce, tomato slices, cheese


  1. Prepare the Eggs:
    • Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly with a fork or whisk.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook the Eggs:
    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
