German Pancake

Made a German Pancake for Dinner tonight. Quick and easy for a cold evening after work.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt 5 Tablespoons of butter in a cast iron skillet (large) or cake pan in oven
While the butter is melting Mix all in a blender: 6 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of flour, a dash of salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour mixture into melted butter in a pan. Bake 22-25 minutes till brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Use syrup of your choice. 6 servings.
