French Dip Crescent Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 pack (8 pieces) of mozzarella string cheese, cut in half
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 packet Au Jus mix (prepared as directed on the package)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Crescent Rolls: Unroll the refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles.
  3. Assemble the Rolls: Place two slices of roast beef on each crescent roll triangle. Add half a piece of mozzarella string cheese on top of the roast beef.
  4. Roll ‘Em Up: Roll each crescent roll starting from the wider end and tuck the edges to seal the filling inside. Place the rolled crescents on a baking sheet with the sealed side down.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 16 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown.
  6. Prepare Au Jus: While the crescents are baking, prepare the Au Jus mix according to the instructions on the packet.
  7. Serve: Once the crescents are done baking, remove them from the oven. Serve the French Dip Crescent Rolls warm with a side of the prepared Au Jus for dipping.
