👉CookieMonster Dip

This doesn’t seem cheap but it stretches far! This is a recipe for Cookie Monster dip. I make a batch of this on Sunday night and portion it into small containers and the kids eat it all through the week for snack at school or after school. When you consider how much snacks cost, I can get about 10 snacks out of this one batch that cost me about $6 because I already have most of the ingredients at home. My kids eat it straight out of the container but it is also good on bagels, apple slices, bananas, or graham crackers.
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
Soften and cream all of that together.
Add in 1 cup of powdered sugar
3 table spoons of brown sugar
Cream together.
Fold in 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup of mini m and m’s, 1 cup of oats (quick or old fashioned)
Refrigerate and enjoy!

Cookie Monster Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini M&M’s
  • 1 cup oats (quick or old fashioned)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Ensure the cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter are softened at room temperature for easier blending.
  2. Cream Together: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to cream them together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add Sweeteners: Gradually add the powdered sugar and brown sugar to the mixture, continuing to blend until fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.
  4. Fold in Mix-Ins: Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini M&M’s, and oats until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  5. Refrigerate: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the dip into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve the Cookie Monster Dip straight from the container or portion it into smaller containers for convenient snacking. It’s delicious on its own or served with bagels, apple slices, bananas, or graham crackers for dipping.
  7. Storage: Store any leftover dip in the refrigerator for up to one week. Make sure to cover it tightly to prevent it from drying out.

Enjoy this delightful and versatile Cookie Monster Dip as a budget-friendly and kid-approved snack option throughout the week!
