Cheesy Stuffed Biscuits

Cheesy Stuffed Biscuits & Gravy

1 can of refrigerated biscuits
6 eggs, scrambled
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Peppered Cream Gravy:

1 packet instant peppered cream gravy mix
2 cups milk
Leftover cooked sausage from breakfast

Preheat your oven according to the biscuit package instructions.

Flatten each biscuit on a lightly floured surface, creating a flat circle.

In a bowl, mix together scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, crumbled sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon a generous portion of the egg mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuits over the filling, creating a stuffed biscuit. Seal the edges by pressing them together.

Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet, following the baking instructions on the biscuit package. Bake until golden brown.

While the biscuits are baking, prepare the instant peppered cream gravy. In a saucepan, combine the gravy mix with milk according to the package instructions.

Once the gravy begins to thicken, add the leftover crumbled sausage, stirring to incorporate. Allow it to simmer until the sausage is heated through.

Once the stuffed biscuits are done baking, remove them from the oven and serve them warm with a generous drizzle of the peppered cream gravy.

Enjoy your delicious Cheesy Stuffed Biscuits & Gravy for a hearty and satisfying breakfast!

Optional: If you want to make these ahead for grab-and-go breakfasts, allow them to cool completely before wrapping individually in plastic wrap and storing in the freezer. To reheat, simply unwrap and warm in the microwave or oven until heated through.
