Cheesy Chicken and Rice Delight


  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • Water (to be added to the soup cans)
  • 1 can of corn, drained
  • 2 packs of Knorr chicken rice
  • Cheese of your choice (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend), shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place the uncooked chicken breasts, drained corn, and cream of chicken (or cream of mushroom) soup in a crockpot.
  2. Fill each emptied soup can with water and add it to the crockpot. This will ensure you get all the flavorful goodness from the soup.
  3. Set the crockpot on high and cook for 4 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the chicken to cook thoroughly.
  4. Once the 4 hours are up, carefully remove the chicken breasts from the crockpot and shred them using two forks.
  5. While shredding the chicken, cook the Knorr chicken rice according to the package instructions.
  6. Mix the shredded chicken, cooked rice, and the contents of the crockpot together, ensuring an even distribution of ingredients.
  7. Add your desired amount of shredded cheese to the mixture and stir until the cheese is melted and coats the chicken and rice evenly.
  8. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
