  • 1 large burrito-sized tortilla
  • 1 cup fried potatoes (cubed)

  • 4 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons nacho cheese sauce
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Prepare the Potato Mixture:
    • In a skillet, fry cubed potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
    • In a separate pan, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
