Cherry Cream Cheese Dump Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cans (21 ounces each) of cherry pie filling
- 1 container (8 ounces) of Philadelphia whipped cream cheese
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter
- 1 box of white cake mix
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Open the cans of cherry pie filling and spread them evenly in the bottom of the greased dish.
- Take teaspoon dollops of the whipped cream cheese and scatter them over the cherry pie filling.
- In a small saucepan, melt the stick of butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with the white cake mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumbled cake mix evenly over the cherry and cream cheese layer in the baking dish.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
