Ingredients:

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened (2 blocks of 8 oz)
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip
  • 2 medium red apples
  • 2 medium green apples
  • Sundae caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Place the pan in the freezer while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
