👉 NostalgicPasta

My grandma used to make this for me when I was younger. It’s been 10 years since she passed but I still make this on an almost weekly basis. The smell reminds me of her. Very simple recipe!
– Pasta. Any kind will do but I prefer rotini or medium shells.
– 1 pound of Hamburg
– 1-2 cans of Campbell’s tomato soup. Used as the sauce, right out of the can into the pasta!
– salt/pepper to taste. Mix and Enjoy!
Don’t knock it til you try it. It’s so good!

Grandma’s Nostalgic Pasta Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of your preferred pasta (rotini, medium shells, or any kind you like)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1-2 cans of Campbell’s tomato soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Ground Beef:
    • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Break it up into crumbles as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Combine Pasta and Ground Beef:
    • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the browned ground beef. Mix well to combine the pasta and meat evenly.
  4. Add Campbell’s Tomato Soup:
    • Pour the cans of Campbell’s tomato soup directly into the skillet with the pasta and ground beef. Stir until the sauce is well distributed and coats the pasta.
  5. Adjust Seasoning:
    • Taste the dish and adjust the salt and pepper if needed. The tomato soup provides flavor, but you can personalize it to your liking.
  6. Heat Through:
    • Allow the pasta and sauce mixture to heat through, stirring occasionally. This helps the flavors meld together.
  7. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Once heated through, your Grandma’s Nostalgic Pasta Delight is ready to be served. Dish it up into bowls and savor the comforting aroma and flavors.

Note: This simple and nostalgic recipe can be enjoyed as is, or you can add a sprinkle of grated cheese, chopped fresh herbs, or a dash of hot sauce for an extra kick. Feel free to experiment and make it your own while keeping the essence of your grandma’s special dish alive.
