Easy Meatball Subs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of 64 meatballs (Great Value brand recommended)
- 1 package of brioche buns
- 1 jar of marinara sauce (88 cents)
- 1 pack of mozzarella cheese slices
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: Italian seasoning for extra flavor
Instructions:
- Prepare Meatballs:
- Place a desired number of meatballs on a microwave-safe plate.
- Microwave the meatballs according to the package instructions (typically under 3 minutes).
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 385°F.
- Prepare Buns:
- Slice the brioche buns in half horizontally.
- Assemble Subs:
- Spoon a generous amount of warm marinara sauce onto the bottom half of each bun.
- Place the microwaved meatballs on top of the sauce.
- Add Cheese:
- Layer mozzarella cheese slices on top of the meatballs.
- Sprinkle a handful of shredded mozzarella on top for extra gooey goodness.
- Optional Seasoning:

- Top with the Other Bun Half:
