Chicken Parm Sliders Recipe

Chicken Parm Sliders Recipe:

  • 1 package of rolls ($1.50)
  • 1 package of chicken nuggets ($3)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce ($2.50)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ($2.49)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the chicken nuggets according to the package instructions until they are crispy and golden brown.
  3. While the nuggets are cooking, prepare the garlic butter mixture. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to brown the garlic. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Slice the rolls horizontally, creating a top and bottom half. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  5. Once the chicken nuggets are done, place them evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Spoon marinara sauce over each nugget, ensuring an even distribution.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce.
  8. Place the top half of the rolls on top of the cheese.
  9. Using a pastry brush, generously brush the tops of the rolls with the prepared garlic butter mixture. Make sure to cover the entire surface.
  10. Season the tops of the rolls with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
  11. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
  13. Once done, take the sliders out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  14. Cut between the sliders to separate them and serve warm
