Ingredients:
- 1 container (16 ounces) of peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 1 container (16 ounces) of icing (choose your favorite flavor)
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients: Take the containers of peanut butter and icing out of their packaging.
- Microwave: Place each container in the microwave separately. Microwave each container for 90 seconds. Be cautious as the containers and contents will be very hot after microwaving.
- Mix: Carefully remove the containers from the microwave. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted peanut butter and icing. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well blended and smooth.
- Grease Pan: Lightly grease a pan with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
- Pour Mixture: Pour the blended mixture into the greased pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate: Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it chill for about an hour, or until the fudge is firm and solid.
- Serve: Once the fudge is chilled and solid, remove it from the refrigerator. Cut it into squares or your desired shapes and serve.
