Quick and Easy Peach Delight
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 cans (15 ounces each) peaches in heavy syrup
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Baking Pan:
Melt the unsalted butter in a 9×13-inch baking pan. Make sure to coat the bottom evenly.
Mix the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and milk. Stir until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.
Pour Batter into the Pan:
Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking pan. Spread it evenly to cover the entire surface.
Add the Peaches:
