Tonight’s dinner.
Not sure what to call it. Pantry special? Lol
This cost about $10.00 roughly.
We ate and are full plus leftovers.
So here’s what I did…
Drained and rinsed 3 small cans of chunk chicken.
Threw it in a pan with butter and reseasoned it with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and Montreal steak seasoning.
Once it was done to my liking I added the can of drained green chilies.
Let that cook for a while and then add the frozen veggies. Put a lid on the pan and reduced heat.
Once the veggies are cooked and no longer frozen add in the cream of chicken soup and a little milk.
I didn’t measure the milk I just added until I liked the consistency.
Cooked the rice and then put the chicken mix over it.
Made the cheddar biscuits because they are a favorite in my house.
