No-Bake Three-Ingredient Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip (or any other whipped topping)
  • 1 pre-made Oreo pie crust (or crust of your choice)
  • Topping of your choice (e.g., cherry pie filling, blueberry pie filling)

Instructions:

  1. Soften Cream Cheese: Allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature to soften. This will make it easier to blend.
  2. Mix with Sugar: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the sugar. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until the sugar is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the Cool Whip or whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped topping too much; you want to maintain a light and fluffy texture.
  4. Prepare Crust: If you’re using a pre-made Oreo pie crust or any other crust of your choice, make sure it’s ready. You can also make a homemade crust if you prefer.
  5. Fill Crust: Scoop the cream cheese mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  6. Add Topping: Choose your favorite topping and generously spread it over the top of the cheesecake. Cherry pie filling and blueberry pie filling are great choices, but you can get creative with your favorite fruits or sauces.
  7. Chill: Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight. This allows the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to set.
  8. Serve: Once chilled, slice and serve your delicious three-ingredient no-bake cheesecake. Enjoy the creamy texture and the delightful combination of flavors!
