Grandma’s Birthday SOS (Sausage-on-steroids) Surprise
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

- Season to taste: Season the gravy with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
- Serve: Spoon the hot SOS (Sausage-on-steroids) gravy over a bed of fluffy instant mashed potatoes or warm biscuits.
