Giant Stuffed Pasta Shells
Ingredients:
- 1 box of giant pasta shells
- 1 lb ground hamburger meat
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the giant pasta shells according to the instructions on the box. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the hamburger meat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and add the pasta sauce to the meat. Simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- In a bowl, prepare the cream cheese mixture by combining softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well-incorporated.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Take each cooked pasta shell and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture inside.
- Add a small amount of mozzarella cheese to each shell, followed by a hearty spoonful of the meat mixture.
- Top each stuffed shell with additional mozzarella cheese.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the cheese to melt.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Carefully remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve your delicious giant stuffed pasta shells.
