Fancy Ramen Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 4 packs of ramen noodles (without seasoning)
- 4 eggs
- Half bag of frozen peas and carrots mix
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Minced garlic, to taste
- Minced onion, to taste
- Teriyaki sauce, to taste (eyeball it)
- Soy sauce, to taste (eyeball it)
- Other seasonings of choice (e.g., ginger, everything bagel seasoning)
Instructions:
- Prepare Ramen Noodles:
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Once cooked, drain the noodles and set aside.
- Scramble Eggs:
- In a separate skillet, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
- Once done, set the scrambled eggs aside.
- Prepare Stir Fry:
- In a saucepan or large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and onion to the melted butter, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the frozen peas and carrots mix to the skillet.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce and soy sauce according to your taste preferences.
- Add any additional seasonings you desire, such as ginger and everything bagel seasoning.
- Stir everything together and allow the vegetables to thaw and absorb the flavors.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Once the vegetables are heated through and well-coated with the sauces and seasonings, add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet.
- Mix the noodles with the vegetable mixture until evenly combined.
- Gently fold in the scrambled eggs, ensuring they are distributed throughout the noodles and vegetables.
- Serve:
- Once everything is heated through and well-mixed, remove the skillet from heat.
- Serve the Fancy Ramen Stir Fry hot, garnished with additional seasonings or sauces if desired.
