Cake Mix Sprinkle Cookie

Cake Mix Sprinkle Cookies  
Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup nonpareil sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degree and line a baking sheet with a silicon baking mat or parchment paper.
2. Mix eggs, oil, vanilla, and cake mix in a large bowl.
3. Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes to make the dough a more easy to work with and to get fluffier cookies.
4. Use a 2 teaspoon cookie scoop to measure out the dough. Then roll each dough ball in sprinkles and place on prepared baking sheet. *If you find the dough is too sticky, add about one tablespoon of flour to the dough and work that in.
5. Bake for 7-9 minutes at 375 degrees, allow to cool a minute or two on baking sheet before removing to cooling rack.
