1 box of cake mix (lemon, chocolate, white, or red velvet)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs (adjust depending on the cake mix used)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Add-ins: sprinkles, white chocolate chips, M&M’s (or any of your favorite toppings)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, flour, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until well combined. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
Gently fold in your choice of add-ins. You can mix in sprinkles, white chocolate chips, M&M’s, or a combination of them for added flavor and texture.
Using a cookie scoop or your hands, portion out the dough into small balls. If the dough is too sticky, you can lightly flour your hands to make it easier to handle.
Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving some space between each cookie as they will spread during baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 9-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops are slightly golden brown. Be careful not to overbake as the cookies can become dry.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
