My mom’s tuna noodles
I always see people posting about box mac and cheese, add tuna, and peas. I never heard of that until I followed this page this is how my mom made us tuna noodles. I’m the only one who eats tuna in my house so this is a SMALLER portion. Double this for a larger family.
1/2 bag of egg noodles
1 can of tuna, drained & forked(?)
1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom)
1/2 bag of shredded cheese (I used Mexican style)
milk to your desired consistency
1. Boil your noodles as instructed on bag, drain.
2. In pot add cream of chicken, tuna, cheese, and some milk. Mix.
3. Add noodles and add more milk if needed. I made mine a little thick.
4. Finished with a little black pepper.
This is like a $5 meal. So similar to the other recipe I see often. Add peas if you want or whatever you want. I really enjoy it this way
