tater tot casserole and it was out of this world 
1 pound ground beef
1 cup sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Shredded cheese
2 Pound bag of tater tots
Any seasonings you want
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Cook the beef
Add the tater tots to a 9×13 dish and bake for 35-40 mins
Add the soup, sour cream and seasonings (I used garlic powder and onion powder) to the beef and mix.
Spread on top of the tater tots, bake for 20 mins
Add shredded cheese and bake for another 15-20 mins until it looks like so
