Gooey Graham Chocolate Bars
Ingredients:
- 2 sleeves of graham crackers, crushed
- 1 package (about 2 cups) of chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- Prepare the Graham Cracker Base: Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. You can do this by placing them in a plastic bag and using a rolling pin to crush them or by pulsing them in a food processor.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is evenly coated.
- Bake: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Press down gently to compact the mixture. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the bars to cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into squares or bars. You can speed up the cooling process by placing the dish in the refrigerator for a bit. Once cooled, slice into bars and enjoy!
These Gooey Graham Chocolate Bars are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth and are sure to be a hit with family and friends. Feel free to get creative and add your favorite toppings or mix-ins like chopped nuts or shredded coconut for an extra delicious twist!
