Oven baked chicken tacos. For when you want to make lots of tacos at once that are crispy & use no oil this is a go to. My pictures are in order and the ingredients are all shown except the chicken breast (it was already in the crock). I placed 4 chicken breast , 1 packet of taco seasoning, 1 packet of dry ranch , 1 can of tomatoes, 2 cups of chicken broth, dehydrated onions, and a bag of pepper stir fry in the crock pot. High for 5 hours. I then shred the chicken.i use a large baking sheet with wire racks that I spray. Place corn tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave 45 seconds to make soft. Half fill each tortilla with chicken and top with cheese. I really fit them in there because my family tears it up. I spray the bottom of another baking sheet with non stick spray and place on top the tacos. 455 for 15 minutes. Kid approved.
You are all so welcome I hope you enjoy. Don’t forget to spray both of your baking sheets you’re using and/or wire racks very well with non stick spray. Also, be sure to not have much moisture in your chicken once assembling your tacos (this could make them fall apart). If after the 15 minutes they are not crispy to your liking, remove the top baking sheet, set at 500 and let it go an additional 5 minutes. I hope you and your family enjoy
