One of my favorite cheap meals!
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breast
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Milk (enough to make cream of mushroom soupy)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Cut up chicken breast and cook throughly. I cook mine in some butter and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Once cooked, mix with soup, milk and mushrooms. The cans of cream of mushroom soup can vary, depending on the amount of chicken. I add milk until I’m happy with the consistency. I personally like more mushrooms, but is completely optional to add. I serve over rice but can be served over noodles or mashed potatoes
