Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Alfredo
16 oz bag elbow macaroni
4 cups chicken broth
1 lb fresh peeled and deveined shrimpÂ
1 lb smoked sausage sliced
1 jar of your favorite Alfredo sauce (or if you prefer to make your own)
2 tbsp Butter
Handful of shredded Parmesan cheese
Cajun seasoning
Salt
Black pepper
Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herbs seasoning
Lemon juice
Minced garlic
I mixed sliced sausage and fresh shrimp in a bowl with lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash, and Cajun seasoning
Melted butter in pan and added seasoned shrimp and sausage mixture just cooked until shrimp were visibly done, removed from heat.
Poured 16 oz bag of macaroni in pressure cooker and added in chicken broth and a couple pinches of salt. Set on high for 4 minutes with a quick release at the end.
Once macaroni was done: mixed in shrimp and sausage, Alfredo sauce, Parmesan cheese, and a little more Cajun seasoning (I like spice)
