DIY Lunchable Snack Box
Ingredients:
- Hard salami slices
- Babybel cheese rounds
- Mini club crackers
- Kalamata olives
- Roast beef lunch meat slices
- Colby jack cheese stick, cut into cubes
- 2oz container of Arby’s sauce
- Cream cheese and sour cream mixture with ranch powder
- Sliced cucumbers
- Mini pepperonis
- String cheese, cut into pieces
- 2oz container of spaghetti sauce
- Banana peppers
- Wheat Thins
- Flip side crackers
Instructions:
- Prepare the Base:
- Arrange a variety of crackers as the base of your lunchable snack box. Place them evenly spaced in a compartmentalized lunch box or on a large plate.
- Meat and Cheese Selection:
- Layer hard salami slices and roast beef lunch meat slices neatly on one side of the crackers.
- Place Babybel cheese rounds and Colby jack cheese cubes on the opposite side of the crackers.
- Dipping Sauces:
- Fill two separate 2oz containers with Arby’s sauce and spaghetti sauce.
- Arrange them in the lunch box or plate, leaving space for other ingredients.
- Vegetable and Olive Section:
- Slice cucumbers thinly and arrange them neatly in one compartment.
- Add Kalamata olives and banana peppers in another compartment.
- Additional Toppings:
- Sprinkle mini pepperonis over the meat and cheese sections for an extra kick.
- Cut string cheese into small pieces and distribute them evenly throughout the lunch box.
- Creamy Ranch Dip:
- In a small container, mix cream cheese and sour cream with ranch powder until well combined. Place it in the lunch box alongside other ingredients.
- Final Touch:
- Add Wheat Thins and Flip side crackers to fill any empty spaces in the lunch box.
- Seal the lunch box or cover the plate with plastic wrap for easy storage and transport.
