Not really a meal, but if you’re looking for a low calorie, low sugar, low sodium dessert, this is it! A tub of lite or sugar free cool whip and a package of sugar free jello (any flavor). Make sure the cool whip isn’t frozen add the jello packet and mix. Freeze for an hour. Taste like ice cream. So good!

Recipe: Low-Calorie Sugar-Free Jello Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 tub (8 oz) of lite or sugar-free Cool Whip
  • 1 package (0.3 oz) of sugar-free Jello (any flavor of your choice)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Cool Whip:
    • Ensure that the tub of lite or sugar-free Cool Whip is thawed but not frozen. If it’s frozen, allow it to thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  2. Mix in Sugar-Free Jello:

  3. Combine and Mix:
