*Ingredients
°1 lb lean ground beef
°2 eggs beat with 1/2 cup milk
°1/2 c parmesan
°1 c panko or breadcrumbs
°1 small onion, minced
°2 garlic cloves, minced
°1/2 teaspoon of oregano
°1 teaspoon of salt
°freshly ground pepper to taste
°1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

To make cleanup easier… I line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients with your hands. Form meatballs the size of a golf ball. Baking at 350 degrees for 31 mn. These make amazing meatball subs…just add spaghetti sauce to them on a sub roll…top them with shredded mozzarella cheese and broil in the oven until the cheese is melted…YUM!
